"In all of our education resources—webinars, live programs, articles and online resources—we focus on the triple aim and often include a fourth aim: the well-being of health care professionals. We use this quadruple aim to identify topics, speakers and content—following the format of outlining the issue, identifying risks, and then offering solutions and resources."

- Long-term Care

With 26 years at MMIC in patient safety and risk management—and 37 years in health care overall—it’s no surprise that Lori plays a key role in creating and managing educational resources for MMIC and Constellation. Through research, she identifies customer needs and emerging health care risks, and develops education—articles, online resources (through our PSS portal), in-person education and webinars—with a focus on using data to help solve issues proactively vs. reactively.
Lori is a frequent author for Brink magazine and lecturer to physician and nursing groups; medical office, hospital, and long-term care administrators; and office, hospital and long-term care personnel. She is passionate about Constellation’s mission to help health care professionals do what they love—to help and to heal. She’s also quite fond of gardening, and always has two or more books in progress, neatly stacked on her end table for reading.
