The Healthcare and Public Health (HPH) Risk Identification and Site Criticality (RISC) Toolkit is an all-hazards risk assessment for health care organizations that can be used to inform emergency preparedness planning, risk management activities, and resource investments. The toolkit was developed in collaboration with government and private sector experts in emergency management, physical security and cybersecurity.
The RISC Toolkit contains three self-assessment modules that allow users to identify external threats and internal hazards, assess vulnerabilities, and evaluate the criticality, consequences and impact in the event of an incident.
