Angie Griffith leads insurance innovation, business development, product marketing, channel operations and strategic partnerships at Constellation. Along with her Six Sigma™ certification, she brings passion, high energy and optimism to lead teams through reimagined and increased effectiveness. By designing new organizational structures and processes, she helps the work at Constellation to get done differently—and better. Angie enjoys the challenge of working with Constellation’s transformative business model that maintains an unwavering service mindset, while bringing new solutions, analytics and services to support our policyholders.
Angie joined Constellation in 2016 after a successful career in sales, marketing and finance at both Ecolab and AllianceBernstein. In both organizations, she was instrumental in quickly identifying and researching market changes and opportunities, and successfully developing strategies and leading teams to accelerate growth.
A triathlon athlete and outdoor adventure enthusiast, Angie has sky-dived the Rio Grande, climbed a volcano in Hawaii, back-packed at Lake of the Woods in Minnesota and zip-lined in Maui.
She is fond of spending time with family, hiking and snowboarding.
