Important proxy vote information
Because we are a mutual company, our policyholders own Constellation and have the right to participate in its governance through a proxy vote.
This year, redrafted bylaws require a majority vote for approval. Voting materials were mailed the week of February 8th. Please vote as soon as possible.
At Constellation®, we believe that there is a better way to move forward after a harm event, a way that creates a path to healing for everyone involved.
Our HEAL℠ program aims to replace silence, doubt, fear and frustration with an honest, human-centered acknowledgement of what happened, its impact, and what to expect next.
This webinar outlines the principles and core services of the HEAL program, including how our team helps health care organizations and providers prepare for harm events through assessment, training and consultation. HEAL is a better way forward, together.
Recognizing that culture is multifaceted and unique to every team, your organization should tailor and implement best practices from the models that most align with your needs.
Culture determines whether care team members admit mistakes and ask for help, whether they feel safe speaking up about unsafe conditions, or whether they feel supported in bringing forth new process ideas.
HEAL® helps care teams prepare for harm events before they happen. When a harm event does occur, HEAL offers a better way forward with transparency, compassion and a goal of early resolution.
