New MyAccount Sign-In Information
We are currently in the process of transitioning our MyAccount system. Please review the following sign-in options and select the appropriate option based upon your medical professional liability (MPL) insurance policy.
If your policy starts with these letters:
- UMP, UHF, UGL, USR
- RMP, RHF, RGL, RSR
- MMP, MHF, MGL, MSR
- AMP, AHF, AGL, ASR
Please sign into MyAccount:
All other customers
If your MPL insurance policy does not start with the letter combinations listed above, sign in to MyAccount by clicking your insurance logo:
Customer support and MyAccount registration
- Registration support: Registering for MyAccount is quick and easy. Simply grab your latest invoice and follow these registration instructions. If you don’t have access to an invoice or have other questions about how to create an account, please call 800.328.5532 or email Support@ConstellationMutual.com
- Sign-in support: If you have already registered for MyAccount and need assistance signing in, please contact Constellation at 800.328.5532 or Support@ConstellationMutual.com
Once one or more of your clients have renewed (after 9/1/2022), please sign in to the new version of MyAccount at MyAccount.ConstellationMutual.com. You will be able to view all customer policies, including those not renewed yet, in the new version of MyAccount.
