Proxy Votes Due March 12, 2021
Attention Policyholders:
Please cast your proxy votes by March 12!
Because we are a mutual company, our policyholders own Constellation® and have the right to participate in its governance through a proxy vote.
Voting materials were mailed the week of February 8, 2021. Each organization is assigned a unique control number – you will need to have your control number to place a vote. Your organization should have received this in the mail, but if you don't have it, please call 651.442.5473.
