Pamela A. O’Brien
Senior Early Intervention Consultant
Constellation®
Pam O’Brien began her career at MMIC—a member of Constellation®‘s growing portfolio of medical professional liability companies that also includes UMIA and Arkansas Mutual—in 2001. Prior to joining Constellation, Pam worked as a paralegal in plaintiff and defense law firms, investigating and evaluating personal injury and professional liability claims in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
In her role as Senior Early Intervention Consultant, Pam works with and supports Constellation’s policyholders as close to the time of a harm event as possible to determine resolution through the HEAL® program. Pam finds working with medical providers, administrators and legal counsel interesting and rewarding, and she enjoys establishing relationships and supporting Constellation’s policyholders during a difficult time. She also keeps current on industry knowledge and trends by attending local and national conferences.
Away from work, Pam can be found spending time with her husband and friends, visiting family in Wisconsin, reading an occasional good book and trying new restaurants.
