Angie Griffith joined Constellation® in 2016, and leads insurance innovation, business development,
product marketing, channel operations and strategic partnerships. She holds P&L responsibility for all distribution activity. She also nurtures talent development, works with teams to foster a collaborative and growth-minded culture, and leads an innovation team to design transformative new business models.

A successful career path in sales, marketing and finance led Angie to this unique position. At
AllianceBernstein, a global investment management firm with more than $500B in assets under management, she was promoted four times in eight years. As Assistant Vice President of Equity
Research, she interviewed C-Level executives of Fortune 500 firms, evaluated industry trends, and
quantified the the growth potential of 100+ companies. At Ecolab, a global company with $14B in revenue, she was promoted to fast-track general management roles, becoming a leader within the
health care division working with cross-functional teams to integrate a $20M internal acquisition
resulting in $1.8M in new sales within a year.

Angie’s understanding of how various business models can apply to different industries accounts for her success inventing new digital business models, new services, new growth strategies and game-changing ideas. By designing new organizational structures and processes, she helps Constellation get work done differently—and better.
