In her role as Chief Marketing, Digital and Strategy Officer, Angie Griffith leads enterprise strategy, brand strategy, technology solutions, strategic partnerships, and marketing communications. She has a passion for nurturing talent development, and builds high-performing teams that can launch new initiatives from the ground up to make Constellation successful. By designing new organizational structures and processes, she helps Constellation get work done differently—and better.

Angie joined Constellation in 2016, following a successful career path in marketing, strategic planning, operations, business development and finance. At AllianceBernstein, a global investment management firm with more than $500B in assets under management, she partnered with executives of Fortune 500 firms to evaluate and quantify the growth potential of hundreds of companies. At Ecolab, a global company with $14B in revenue, she led marketing teams within the health care division to develop and launch new growth strategies and game-changing innovations.

Angie brings a consistent track record of delivering extraordinary results in new business growth, operational performance and profitability, which helps to ensure future corporate growth and vitality, so that Constellation can continue to serve health care organizations, physicians and care teams.
