Brian Tucker joined Constellation and its growing portfolio of medical professional liability (MPL) insurance companies in 2021. Brian is an accomplished leader with a deep underwriting background and over 30 years of valuable MPL insurance experience. Before Constellation, Brian served as Senior Vice President, Medical Professional Liability, at Aspen Insurance.

In his role as Senior Vice President, Insurance Delivery, Brian leads Constellation’s underwriting and customer acquisition teams, ensuring the best possible delivery of the company’s products, services and solutions to customers and agent/broker partners. He’s driven to guide his teams toward profitably growing the enterprise while providing a best-in-class experience for customers. Brian believes that by promoting appropriate health care practice behaviors and clinical safeguards, Constellation helps reduce liability and positively influences safe patient and resident care. He is proud to work for a company that defends good medicine, is focused on innovation, and keeps customers front and center every day.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, going to the gym, and cheering on his favorite hockey and baseball teams. Additionally, Brian has a small hobby vineyard on his property (with 180 Zinfandel and Petite Sirah vines) that keeps him close to his farming roots.
