Maureen Le Piane joined Constellation and its growing portfolio of medical professional liability insurance companies in 2021 as Senior Vice President, Insurance Transformation. She brings over 20 years of insurance experience in many professional liability lines to this role.

Maureen is a dedicated leader with a track record of success guiding companies through large-scale transformation initiatives. She began her career working for law firms specializing in medical malpractice defense. Since then, Maureen has served in a variety of strategic underwriting and professional liability leadership roles at The Travelers Companies, Allianz, Hiscox, and Bell & Clements. In her role at Constellation, Maureen and her team leverage technologies, predictive analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning to develop new, innovative products and risk mitigation strategies. Maureen is proud to work for a company that believes that what’s good for care teams is good for business, and she is driven to support Constellation’s customers and agent/broker partners through expanded tools and processes.

While she is originally from Cuba, Maureen lived in New York City most of her life until recently moving across the Hudson River to NJ. When she takes off her insurance-nerd hat, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, doing crafts with her daughter, and cheering on her beloved New York Mets.
