Scott Riddle
CEO and President
Walker Methodist, Twin Cities, MN
With nearly 15 years of experience in the senior care industry combined with extensive expertise in finance and organizational strategy, Scott Riddle is well equipped to help guide Constellation toward its goals. In his role at Walker Methodist—a faith-based, nonprofit senior living organization with 20 communities that provide housing, health care, rehabilitation and services to seniors—he has first-hand experience riding the wave of constant change in the health care industry. Riddle is passionate about understanding both the business and care components of health care, and he feels strongly that Constellation’s future must encompass both in order to fulfill its promise to customers. He is excited to be involved with the board during this time of incredible change, uncertainty, and opportunity in health care.
When he’s off duty, Riddle enjoys traveling with his wife, especially to Hawaii and his hometown of San Diego, reading biographies of great leaders in history and staying fit. In the summer, you can catch him out boating with his family on one of many Minnesota lakes.
