Betty VanWoert

Betty came to Constellation® in 2008, bringing valuable clinical experience in women’s health, neonatal nursing, and case management service to individuals experiencing complex diagnosis, severe injury, high risk pregnancy, or premature birth.
In her role as as Senior Risk Consultant, Betty helps health care organizations and care teams reduce and mitigate the most frequent and costly medical professional liability risks. She enjoys the opportunity to influence positive culture and high-reliability practices—understanding first-hand how both compassionate, proactive risk management and HEAL® benefits care teams and those they serve. Betty is motivated by Constellation’s HEAL tools, resources, and the trusted risk consultation she can bring to hospitals and health systems.
Outside of work, you may find Betty singing or ringing bells in the church choir, or fishing with her husband.
