Kristi Eldredge

RN, JD, CPHRM

Senior Risk Consultant
Constellation®

“Helping health care organizations build a culture that promotes honesty and learning after harm events is what excites me the most about our HEAL® program.”

In her role as Senior Risk Consultant at Constellation®, Kristi is a trusted advisor to policyholders in all matters of risk management. With a background as both a registered nurse and a medical malpractice attorney, Kristi is well suited to provide comprehensive risk management services to hospital customers. Kristi began her health care career working in labor and delivery, high-risk perinatal care, and as the Director of Risk Management for a large inner city hospital in New York. She also provided consulting services to a medical professional liability (MPL) insurance carrier before joining Constellation.

Kristi feels strongly that providing quality health care will undoubtedly result in patients who are satisfied with their care and populations that are managed effectively. She is proud to work for an organization that emphasizes the importance of building a culture that fosters honesty, transparency and learning after harm events, and that provides the tools, support and resources for health care organizations to do so through HEAL®. Focusing on honesty, Kristi says, can only benefit care teams and those they serve, and she is passionate about helping care teams move forward after harm while reducing their MPL risks for the future. Kristi values being the person who “has their back” when questions arise or when support is needed.

In her spare time, Kristi enjoys flats fishing and traveling any chance she gets.
