With her strong background in medical liability law, Traci is invaluable in helping customers in times of question or crisis, no matter how simple or complex the risk management situation may be. In her role as Senior Risk Consultant for Constellation®, Traci provides risk mitigation support and education to physician practices in the Midwest region.
Traci believes that alleviating areas of risk for customers gives them the ability to practice with confidence, knowing that Constellation has their back and will support their good medicine. Through the HEAL® program, Traci and her team provide clinicians and care teams with tools and resources to reduce risk, appropriately address harm events, communicate in an open, honest and empathetic manner, and uncover key learnings from past events to better prepare for the future. By reducing risk and improving quality outcomes, Traci helps physician practices reduce their costs, improve the quality of care, and avoid claims—often by diffusing a situation when there is an adverse outcome.
Outside of work, Traci enjoys outdoor time with her family, traveling, and cheering for the Kansas State Wildcats.
