Constellation, Inc. Finalizes Agreement to Merge with Curi Holdings, Inc.

Constellation, Inc. and Curi Holdings, Inc. have officially merged! Our newly combined company—collectively known as Curi—serves more than 50,000 physicians, healthcare providers and organizations across the country.
