Constellation named a Top Work Place for 2020!
Constellation has been recognized as one of Minnesota’s Top Work Places for 2020! The Star Tribune, Minnesota’s largest newspaper, created this award to honor organizations whose employees feel strongly about the positive attributes and success of their organization. The designation is based solely on surveys about the workplace that are completed by team members. Constellation scored highly in many areas, including leadership, advancement opportunities, culture, trust and transparency.
Christina Spriggle (Director, People Team) says this news reaffirms the good we do together, “As an organization, we have been highly engaged in building a culture and environment we are all proud to be a part of, including the many ways we support our customers and each other. As we continually face new challenges and opportunities, our teamwork and collaboration enable us to achieve meaningful results for the business while also creating a great workplace for Constellation team members. We are thrilled to, once again, be recognized on the Best Places to Work list!
