Beth Schultz
Director, Business Optimization
Constellation®
Beth Schultz has worked at Constellation® for over 18 years. In her current role as Director of Business Optimization, she works with business teams on strategic initiatives like HEAL®. As a skillful problem solver, Beth has guided the HEAL team in developing a groundbreaking early intervention program—working to support the program from the customer perspective as well as from the business side.
Prior to joining Constellation, Beth worked in hospice caring for patients at end of life, and as a
clinic administrator. She has seen health care come a long way, as medical professional liability insurance make gains in the area of communication and resolution. Though Constellation works to prevent harm events, they do occur, and Beth finds it rewarding to be involved in HEAL—to help clinicians and patients alike through a difficult time.
Beth’s favorite pastime, especially in the summer months, is gardening. From planting seeds in early spring to harvesting vegetables in the fall, Beth enjoys every part of it—most of all cooking with fresh ingredients and sharing healthy food with family, friends and neighbors.
