Constellation®

Jeff Bone joined Constellation® as a Senior Claim Consultant in 2013. In his new role as Early
Intervention Consultant, he provides key services for our new communication and resolution support program, HEAL®, which launched in 2020. Jeff’s seven years on the claim team, along with his previous experience as an ICU and emergency room nurse, lawyer, and documentation specialist, give him a unique ability to skillfully manage early intervention files.

As health care providers are often negatively impacted by an adverse event, Jeff is excited to be a part of empowering providers to be proactive in how they approach harm events. Working together with the early intervention team, Jeff has done a tremendous amount of work developing the program, which is new to the industry.

Away from work Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids.
